Standard Postage
0kg -0.5kg = £3.25 per order.
0.5kg - 1kg = £4.25 per order.

1kg - 1.5kg = £5.95 per order.

1.5kg - 2kg = £7.50 per order.

For greater than 2kg = £7.95 per order.
Delivery time is 4-5 working days.
By Royal Mail trackable delivery (in which case a signature will be required).

Express Postage
Postage and packing is £9.50 per order.  
Delivery time is next working day if possible.  Sometimes there might be an extra delay by the courier which is beyond our control.
By trackable, next day Courier (in which case a signature will be required).

Very occasionally we might need to increase the charge for some heavier items.  You will be advised before of the cost before the item(s) is shipped.  Items that are out of stock will take longer but we will advise you of any delays. 


overseas orders
We accept the majority of our orders from the UK and members of the European Community (EC).  We also accept orders from elsewhere in the world, the appropriate shipping charges apply for each country.  We may at our discretion refuse to accept orders from outside mainland UK for certain products where it is impractical or impossible for us to fulfill the order.


VAT will not be charged to all orders from within the European Community (EC).  UK sales tax will be zero where orders are dispatched to a customer outside the EC.  Any customs or import duties levied at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Please let us know in the "Special Requirements" of your order if you require any special notes to your delivery eg "mark as gift" to Scandinavian countries.

This website and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the UK and under English law. 



delivery
Our deliveries are dispatched through next day courier, Royal Mail or any other courier company we instruct from time to time.  We can only deliver to the address given at the time of the order.  We cannot cancel any orders once they have been dispatched.  Any orders refused on delivery or orders returned to us due to incorrect address details will incur a redelivery/return fee.

In the event your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.  You will always be contacted with an estimated delivery date if you would like to wait, or replace with an alternative product if available, or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.



cancelling your order

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting customer services on 0115 7143 143 or via our contact form on this website.. 

 

Cancellations can only be accepted by notifying us either by telephone, or by email, at any time before dispatch and up to 7 working days after delivery.

 

Cancellations made before dispatch will be reimbursed in full provided you have notified us of your intention to cancel as outlined above, but we regret postage cannot be refunded if cancellations are made after dispatch.  

 

Full reimbursement for goods that have already been delivered to you will ONLY be made if the goods are returned in their original, undamaged packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you, and in accordance with our returns policy as set out on this website.

Free delivery is only applicable if the value of the order remains over the free shipping amount, which is £70.  If after returning goods, the order amount falls below the free shipping amount then there will be a charge for the initial delivery at the full shipping rate.



accepting your order

When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email.  It does notimply that a contract exists between us.  We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we dispatch your order.  We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, we are unable to collect authorisation for your payment, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.  If a price has changed, we will always contact you first to ensure the new price is acceptable.
